We run a two-week timetable at Cockermouth School, and the school day consists of five 60-minute periods as follows:
- 08:40 - 8:55 – Registration and Assembly
- 09:00 - 10:00 – Period 1
- 10:00 - 10:15 – Morning Break
- 10:15 - 11:15 – Period 2
- 11:20 - 12:20 – Period 3
- 12:20 - 13:10 – Lunchtime
- 13:10 - 14:10 – Period 4
- 14:15 - 15:15 – Period 5
- 15:15 – End of School
The compulsory school day at Cockermouth School starts at 8:40 and finishes at 15:15. This totals 32 hours and 55 minutes per week, including breaks. Optional after-school activities are available but are not included in this total.
